Here is your motivation for Monday:

PEACE

Grab a hold of this gift and it will prepare you for new levels.

 

I want to encourage you to have a year full of peace.  There will be many things that are happening in our natural line of sight that will convince us that there is no hope for the future.  However, when you follow the Lord, he will show you a vision for your life that will surpass the understanding of what you currently see.  When the bad things happen in your life, believe that all things are working together for your good.  When life get's you down, read, believe, and trust in the promises of God. 

We are living in a time that would have us believe in the worst that can happen, but the Lord tells us to believe in what ever is lovely, true, pure, and righteous; we should keep our minds on these things. 

 

Peace is a gift that not everyone has. Many people struggle because they worry about the future.  They stress about what is going to happen next or what is not going to happen for them. The Lord knows that plans that he has for you.  He has plans to prosper you and give you hope for the future. He has plans to let you shine and show your goodness to the world. He is a mighty God who want you to depend on him.  He wants you to relax. Stop worrying. He will give you riches (different from false worldly riches), he will give you kingdom blessing that you do not have to toil for. He is in the business of taking care of his children.  Our job is not to worry about it, but to pray about it; making our request known to our wonderful father. He will take care of it because he is holy. We just need to trust and believe that he has these wonderful things waiting for us.  He is waiting for us to accept the gift of life through his son Jesus Christ. When we do this, so much more will happen for us. We will receive a peace that elevates us to new understandings. We will understand the language of holiness.  Be ye holy, for the Lord God is Holy. This means to change your mind about the way things should work and start understanding the way that the kingdom works. The kingdom works on purpose. There is a purpose in accepting the gift of peace.

 

I had a pastor who always greeted the congregation with his favorite scripture.  He would always proclaim:

Follow peace with all men, Holiness without, no man shall see the Lord.

 

I want to send you

P   E   A   C   E

 

I give to you and pray for you peace in this present time, in this post-holiday time, and for the new year.  Stay happy and peaceful in your heart. Let people see that you are considerate in all that you do. You are loving and kind.  You are a person who means to do well and share the love that Jesus has shared with you. Rejoice, again I say rejoice. Know that the savior is with you every where you go.  Don't worry about anything, but pray about everything that you think you need; everything that you think you want; and everyone that comes to your mind. Place to the bottom the thoughts and arguments that exalt themselves above the truth of the word of God.  Know that the word of truth will never fade away. Follow the goodness and the mercy of the Lord and he will bless you so abundantly. He will fill your heart with so much love, joy, and peace that people will not understand it.

 

You, my friend, are awesome and you deserve to be happy.  

You, my friend, have gone through enough heart ache, enough struggle, and enough pain. . . 

 

You deserve PEACE in your life

 

My cousin told me something important about peace; he said:

I wrap it up with pretty paper and I place a tag of blessing on it.  This is yours to open for your new year. Keep your focus and stay positive and you will be sure to elevate to the next level of understanding.

Here is a verse that I want you to spend the next two weeks memorizing:

 

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

 

Philippians 4:6-7

 

Peace is a gift that you don’t have to earn.  I continue my walk with the Lord because he tells me that he can give me a peace that surpasses all understanding.   I love that type of peace. This is what a lot of the world is searching for but they don’t really know it. We often think that we are in the pursuit of happiness, but we carry so much burden, confusion, and toil in our minds that we really crave peace.  Spend just a little more time with the Lord this year so he can show you what that peace feels like.

Remember to stay positive by keeping your faith in the promises of the Lord.  How awesome it is to have PEACE.  Your positive energy is sure to take you to the next level, God's way.
