Welcome to a brand new year. A year with new hopes and new possibilities. I am glad that the father has given me another chance to step into my destiny. He has explained a great deal to me about living and I am thankful.
I have spent the last few years trying to figure out the tricks and schemes to live the best life that I could possibly live. I started the journals of gratitude. I started tracking my habits and building routines. I started walking and meditating. I tried to work as hard as I could to be the person I thought I always should have been. And I failed. I am so glad that I am a child of God, because when I fail, I know the Lord will pick me up; for this I am thankful.
The bug got me y'all. The bug that told me I should want more out of life. The little voice told me to “GO,” “DO IT” and “Don’t worry about what happens next.” It said, “you have to face your fear!” So, I did. I moved forward in terrains that I had no clue on how to navigate. The waves of attack overtook me and I found myself here, lost. I am in a place heavy with burden, but I will not give up. I am still alive, and for this I am thankful.
I thought I knew which way I was going. I did not want to admit that I was lost. I did not want to see that I was far from Jesus. It reminded me of a song that I used to sing in church all of the time. It went like this:
How many times
Have I gone against your will
And you forgive me
But yet I still
I turn around and do the things
The things I shouldn’t do
Cause I belong to you
And I know you will come through
Lord I know
I take advantage of your grace
Here, in this Christian race
But yet I still hear you calling my name
So, yep. I find myself starting over in a place that I am not familiar with. I am here. I know that the Lord is with me also, because I called out for him. He is with me because he said he would never leave me nor forsake me. He said that when the burden got too heavy, he would lighten my load. I am thankful that I knew to call on the Lord.
Here is some motivation for Monday:
Although we mess up
Although we get lost
Although we go the wrong way
The Lord will always be there to find us
For this we ought to be thankful!
Let us continually rejoice in the Lord and be thankful that we do not get what we deserve out of this life. We do the things that we shouldn’t do, but the Lord forgives us. The Lord always has mercy on us. The grace of the Lord is sufficient. He corrects those who he loves and teaches us about ourselves. It is he that has made us and not ourselves. So, truly he knows what is best for us.
With that said,
I pray for those of us who are lost
I pray for those who just got a little turned around
I pray that we call out to the Lord for help and for direction
Turn us around Lord so that we may follow you
Turn us around Lord so that we may experience the soothing warmth from your marvelous light
Help us Lord in these times of the end where all types of voices are calling us every which way
Help us Lord to be your followers
Help us to be your children
Help us be extensions of you and your purpose, so that we could hear your voice
And so that we could more effectively carry out your directions
Obedience is better than sacrifice.
Amen
I continue to promote and encourage people to seek after the Lord for encouragement, hope, motivation, and food for your soul. He said that if you really do thirst or if we are too heavy with the burdens of this world, then we can turn to him. Let us turn to him so that he can restore our souls.

I believe that creativity is food for your "spirit man" and that to care for your spirit is so much more important than your physical being. However, all of these things are connected. We need to develop all aspect of our lives. Do something creative, appreciate creativity, and learn more about your creative ability. This is part of your purpose. And remember to always live on purpose because it is your destiny.
Thx!
