Welcome to Throwback Thursdays where I share with you some motivating blog posts from the past. I review them and reflect on the lessons I have learned so that it stays with me.  I feel as though you need to get your hands on the instruction that God sends to his people. I don't think that it will be as available in the future as it is today.  Actually, the original video that was attached to this post is no longer up.  No worries, I found another video in order to introduce you to Mr. Zig Ziglar.

I want to encourage you to get to know who you are and to understand that you were born to win.  Change your mind about why you live this live and your perspective will change.  Your life will change because you will see so many opportunities to live for purpose.

I have been doing a lot of soul searching and praying lately.  This is something that I hope all of you do.  It can definitely be in your own way and in your own time; but I highly suggest that you develop some type of way to talk to your creator.

I am not shy to say that I love the Lord.  I love the bible and his word.  However I know that everyone is not as connected to the word of God, but feels that they have a pretty good handle on life.  I need to share with you that if you feel that you have a handle on life and that you don't need help, you may be living in a space  of disillusionment.  We all need God and there is a little of him in each and everyone of us.  Therefore we all need each other.

Please, stop living in pride and realize that we all need one another.

That is your wisdom for today.  Spread it and understand it.  Each of us have something to offer this place.  Therefore we owe it to ourselves and to others to grow and to develop into the people God has created us to be.  Be the best you can be in the Lord, for the Lord.

With that said, I want to share with you a very important figure in personal development.  He was a motivational speaker, author, and entrepreneur who encouraged people to live their very best life.  I recently listened to one of his talks and I wanted to share it with you. His name is Zig Ziglar and he is going to give you some words of insight in order for you to change your mind about how you are living this life.

I promote this kind of encouragement because a lot of us are in the space where we don't really know who we are.  We are not living the way that God has intended us to live.  We are living by Fear Motivation.  We do things because we are afraid that if we don't do them then we are going to be homeless or laughed at.  We also "don't" do things because we fear the unknown. We have to step out of this wrong thinking . . . This "Stinking Thinking."

Take note of the three types of motivation:

While reflecting on this post I am reintroduced to why I am living this life.  I am reminded once again of the awesome life that Jesus has blessed me with.  The power and the purpose of vision is a supernatural occurrence that is gifted by a supernatural God.  I encourage you to get quiet, and talk to God about where you want to go in this life. If you are sincere in your motivation, he will bless you with an inheritance so great and so magnificent that  you will no longer question his nature of love again in your living.
