Joyce Meyer on Releasing Emotional Stress

Teacher Tuesday is a God Idea that will help people become aware of the resources available to them in order to live a life more abundantly.  I am on my journey to write, create, and promote information that will assist you in living a life on purpose. I am a teacher, touched by the truth of the word of God.  I encourage you to walk in your gift as well.

Today I want to share a video that comes from Joyce Meyer.  She is teaching on mental overload and stress. . .

I continue to learn so much from Joyce.  In my first 15 devoted years to the ministry I didn’t really know who she was.  The life of being a Christian kept me so busy that I never sought truth outside of the walls of my own church.  This, I am sure was purposed for my protection. There is so much in the world that can destroy a young Christian mind.  There are so many philosophies of life, belonging, and purpose that can devour someone who is unaware of the truth. Friends, I am pleading with you to be aware of the tactics of the enemy, but even more, be knowledgeable about the word of truth.  The Bible is the authoritative word of God. It would be wise to test every spirit by the word of truth. I listen to Joyce Meyer on You Tube, on her podcast, and I read her books because she has the word of God in her. Her advice brings me peace, and this is a gift that comes only from the Lord.

Therefore friends, be mindful from where your information comes from.  Also, be aware of what you are feeding your spirit. What ever you put in your heart is what will manifest in your life.  I want to live a blessed life just like everyone else. I have found peace, joy, and love in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Now, I don’t get everything right, therefore I am thankful for the many teachers God has provided for us on this journey. Joyce Meyer is one of those people and I want to share this video on releasing stress.  May it bring healing to your soul.

I am a mom of three and I learn so much from my children.  They grow up so fast but the Lord has shown me ways to grow from observing their behavior.
