Speak Boldly in Faith!!
As I was studying, reading, and researching about cognitive instruction during a psychology class the following thought came to me, so I wrote it down. . .
“They will refer to your belief in God as nonsense. They will call it myth and mystery used to explain the unexplainable. Then they will present to you theories about living, learning and purpose that will be a mystery to you. They teach to themselves lies and wonder why the world is falling apart. The law is come to make right. The law has come to correct the wrong that humans see as their prosperity.”
I don’t think that any of us are supposed to win a superiority title, or say that we are better than one another. All people are individually awesome because we were all made by an awesome God. Therefore, in our awesomeness, we all should operate on the same awesome playing field, feeling good about the work that we contribute to making the world a better place.
But something got screwed up . . .
I want to send out a note of encouragement. It is something that I have been dealing with as a Christian when it comes to holding my faith out strongly and boldly . . . It’s hard. . . you often feel alone and like no one is listening. I am proud one moment and humbled the next. I hold my head down in shame because I know that I am a sinner. I fall short everyday, but the life that the Lord places inside of me encourages me to speak out boldly! As Christians, we have to caste down the lies that are often thrown at us for believing in God. We will be called all kinds of names. We will be called stupid and labeled as insignificant. But God will fix that. The Last shall become first.
This is the bold message that I have for everyone:
Your faith and belief that God sent his son to save you is the first step in separating yourself from sin. Sin is a weapon that kills your spirit. Your spirit is the life breath of God. Once it is dead, what are you going to do? If one lives by sin, then you are an enemy against your spirit and therefore an enemy against your creator. Thank you Jesus for an offering of peace between us and our creator. (See Romans 5:1-2)
Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God.
Keep standing Boldly!!
Now, I know my boldness may sound strange, foolish, or even crazy, but this is the truth. Believe harder and harder everyday and this will bring peace in your life. The Lord will bring you a peace that surpasses all understanding. Rejoice in the suffering that you go through by fully feeling the attacks that come from the world kingdom. The world kingdom wants to attack your ideas, your Godly thoughts, and your Kingdom purpose. Keep believing that the suffering you are going through is the Lord shaping you into something better and stronger. He is molding you into a vessel of honor! You are to carry God’s love message and share it with the lost sons and daughters that are in the world.
We also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.
Friends, we must boast in our hope and speak boldly of our hope. Keep growing in faith and fight against false words that were sent to attack our faith. Don’t think it strange that all matter of evil is trying to come against you. Know who you are in faith and speak against the lies of the enemy.
For your study: Romans 5: 1-8
Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand.
And we boast in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.
And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.
You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die.
But God demonstrates his own love for us in this:
While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
