I can say this interchangeably with "I am an educator."  Which ever one you prefer is fine with me.  Teaching is a gift that the Lord has blessed me with.  As an educator I have a purpose to connect you to the things vital for your understanding and overall growth.

I am a teacher and I care about the education of our young students.  I know that the Lord will work everything out in the American Public School System and in the school systems around the world.  I thank God that we have a place where our children can learn and grow.  I think if we teach our children how to make the best out of the experiences that they are given, they will have a better chance at navigating their adult life.

Education isn’t just about what students learn academically at school, it is about what they experience through their interpersonal relationships, their interests, and their home life.  Teachers, parents, leaders, and society all share in the responsibility of preparing our youth for their future.  I personally push for a societal and cultural  change of perspective in order for a significant shift to happen in the way we view education in America.

I also want to encourage young teachers to experience their best teaching journey.  Check out my e-book called “10 Tips for Beginning Teachers.”  It is my view about what you will experience as a new teacher.  There are many skills to acquire and many things to learn.  I suggest that you approach it as a journey of growth.
